I designed and developed this personal website for my girlfriend Emmy while walking her through the steps of making a website. My aim for this project was to practice a few new skills especially with Sass and try to come up with a design that is different from my normal style using lighter colors. While focusing on these things I wanted to see how quickly I could put together a site for a "client" to give me an idea of what it would be like if I were to try and do more freelance projects for others. The website ended up being so simple that I didn't see a need for a navigation bar which made the design look a little weird at first but by the end I was pleased with how the site turned out as a whole.
